Your child cannot access the Parent Dashboard from their Aqua One. Only those with the correct login details and access to your email or phone can view your monitoring data, ensuring everything stays safe and secure.
To your child, the Aqua One functions just like any regular Google Pixel smartphone. They won't see any of their monitored activity, and their overall phone experience remains completely unaffected.
We always encourage parents to have an open conversation about online safety rather than keeping monitoring a complete secret.
How is the dashboard protected?
Every login requires a verification code sent to the registered email address or phone number. This means even if someone knows your email, they can't access your dashboard without also having access to your phone or inbox.
What if I'm worried someone else could access my account?
You can manage who has shared dashboard access at any time by going to Settings > Shared Dashboard and removing any users you no longer want to have access. If you think your account credentials may have been compromised, contact our Customer Care team immediately through the live chat on your dashboard.
