How to access:
Open any mobile browser and go to app.cyberdive.co, or download the "Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard" app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
Simply enter your email address or phone number to receive a login code and get in.
iOS or Android? Doesn't matter — your dashboard works perfectly on both.
Can multiple people access the dashboard from different phones?
Yes — you can share your Parent Dashboard with up to 5 trusted adults, such as a co-parent, grandparent, or caregiver. Each person logs in from their own device independently. Shared users can view your child's real-time Online Activity Feed and App List.
What if I get a new phone?
Simply log in on your new device using the same email address or phone number you used to create your account. A verification code will be sent to confirm your identity and you'll have full access immediately. No reinstallation or account reset needed.
