Can I use the Aqua One if I'm traveling internationally?
Yes — if you've purchased an Aqua One in the US, it works internationally over Wi-Fi. For cellular connectivity abroad, you'll need to check with your US carrier about international plans or use a local SIM card at your destination.
Can I have it shipped to a US address and then forward it internationally?
Some customers have used international package forwarding services to get the Aqua One delivered outside the US. We can ship to any US address, but we're unable to assist with the international forwarding process itself. Please be aware that forwarding the device internationally may affect your warranty coverage — contact our Customer Care team if you have questions.
