We know you're excited to get your hands on the Aqua One — here's what to expect after you place your order and how to track your shipment.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase. Once your Aqua One has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the package's journey.

How do I track my order?

Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from Cyber Dive. Click the tracking link inside, or copy the tracking number and paste it into the carrier's website directly.

I haven't received a tracking email — what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered. If it's been more than 10 business days since your order and you still haven't received tracking information, please reach out to our Customer Care team through the chatbot on cyberdive.co.

My tracking shows it hasn't moved — is something wrong?

Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after a package is scanned. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact our Customer Care team and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We're committed to getting your Aqua One to you as quickly as possible and will do everything we can to resolve any shipping issues promptly.
