Where is My Confirmation Email?

After placing your Aqua One order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Here's what to expect and what to do if you can't find it.

When should I receive it?

Your order confirmation email typically arrives within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you haven't seen it after 10–15 minutes, it's worth checking a few places before reaching out to our team.

Can't find your confirmation email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder — email filters sometimes misplace order confirmations, especially from new senders.

  • Search your inbox for "Cyber Dive" or "Aqua One" to locate it quickly.

  • Check the correct email account — make sure you're looking in the inbox associated with the email address you used at checkout.

What's in the confirmation email?

Your order confirmation includes your order number, a summary of what you purchased, your billing and shipping address, and the estimated shipping timeline. Keep this email handy — you may need the order number if you need to contact Customer Care.

When will I get shipping updates?

Once your Aqua One has been shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase.
