How do I cancel my Aqua One purchase?

How to cancel

Head to cyberdive.co and open the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the page. Submit a support ticket letting our Customer Care team know you'd like to cancel your order. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to assist you.

Does it matter if my order has already shipped?

Yes — the process differs slightly depending on your order's status:

  • Not yet shipped: If your order hasn't left our warehouse, our team can cancel it before it goes out and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Already shipped: If your order is already in transit, we'll need to wait for it to be delivered before processing a return. Once you receive the device, you can return it under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for a full refund.

What is Cyber Dive's return policy?

The Aqua One comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the device for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a full refund. Contact our Customer Care team through the chatbot to initiate a return.

What about Buy Now, Pay Later orders?

If you purchased through Klarna or Afterpay, our team will coordinate the cancellation on our end. Any remaining installment payments will be paused or cancelled through your provider once the refund is confirmed.
