If you were charged twice for your Aqua One order, here's how to contact Cyber Dive support quickly to get a refund issued to your original payment method.

Updated May 13, 2026

If you believe you've been charged twice for your Aqua One order, don't panic — this is something our team can investigate and resolve quickly.

What might cause a double charge?

In some cases, what appears to be a double charge is actually an authorization hold placed by your bank at the time of purchase, alongside the actual charge when the order processes. Authorization holds typically disappear within 3–5 business days. However, if you see two completed charges on your statement that match your order total, that's something we'll want to look into right away.

How to report a double charge

  1. Head to cyberdive.co and open the chatbot in the bottom right corner.

  2. Submit a support ticket letting our Customer Care team know you believe you were double-charged.

  3. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout to help us locate your account quickly.

Our team will review the transaction and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you paid through Klarna or Afterpay

If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later provider at checkout, please log in to your Klarna or Afterpay account to review your payment schedule. Billing questions related to your installment plan should be directed to those providers directly, though our team can help clarify what was charged on our end.
